Request Account and Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your UPay account and the personal data associated with it, you may submit a request using one of the methods below. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

How to Submit a Request

  • 01. Send an email to upay_server@upaymm.net with the subject line "Account and Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered mobile number, full name, and a brief reason for the request.

  • 02. Call our customer support at (+951) 860 1099 and ask to delete your account and related data.

  • 03. Submit a request through our Contact Us page. Select "Account and Data Deletion Request" as the subject and provide your registered account details.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon approval, we will delete or anonymize personal data linked to your account, including profile information, contact details, and app usage data, except where retention is required by applicable law or regulation (for example, transaction records required for financial compliance).

Processing Time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your account and eligible data have been deleted.

Before You Request Deletion

Please ensure any pending transactions are completed and your wallet balance is cleared. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
